In recent years, the Itumpi Cooperative has made investments to improve the quality of its grains, with rehabilitation work in the wet beneficiation facilities as well as training for its farmers. This work has been reflected in the extraordinary cup profile that their coffees achieve, smooth and with bright acidity.
